T.B. Barnes has a vast amount of knowledge and experience in the area of criminal law, so he will get you the best result possible. He began his career on a grass-roots level as a police officer. After being a cop, he decided to go to law school at the University of Wyoming where he excelled, and upon graduation, he worked as a prosecutor for several surrounding towns and communities. He then worked as a Deputy County Attorney for Utah County before working with the West Valley City Prosecutor's Office. While prosecuting for West Valley City, Tim had the opportunity to handle several thousand cases in Utah. His knowledge of the criminal justice system will help you get the best result.

He also served in the federal prosecution of crimes as a Special Assistant of the United States Attorney in the U.S. Attorney's Office in Salt Lake City. He has a vast knowledge of all types of crimes, especially domestic violence, gun crimes, DUIs, theft, assault, child abuse, criminal mischief, burglary, rape, murder, embezzlement, and of course traffic matters, too. You can rest assured that he will know how to handle your case no matter what type of criminal matter it is.

He is a friendly, personable person, and loves sports. He has coached baseball for years, and has been actively involved in helping out the Boy Scouts. Because he is married and has children, he understands how things affect families, too.
